Lincoln Memorial University is seeking a Patient Care Educator to join our CIPES team at the Knoxville campus. This role is a key contributor to LMU-DCOM’s mission by supporting medical and health professions students through clinical skills training, simulation-based learning, and hands-on instructional support.

• Support clinical skills and simulation learning sessions
• Operate and assist with hi-fidelity simulation manikins
• Prepare, organize, and maintain simulation labs
• Assist faculty and students during clinical skills activities
• Manage scheduling, setup, and administrative tasks for CIPES
  

• Associate degree in nursing, science, communication, or related field
• OR current license in a health-related profession
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Willingness to obtain and maintain BLS/ACLS/PALS instructor certifications
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Public Health, Education, or Health-related field
• Experience in healthcare or healthcare education
• Simulation or medical education credentialing
• Knowledge of modern simulation technologies
