Paralegal

Personal Injury Paralegal- Montrose Area

Paralegal for Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm located in the Montrose area

Candidates should have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication (oral and written) skills, and be committed to doing an excellent job for clients. The candidate should be highly motivated, able to multi-task, handle a high-volume case load, and meet deadlines.

Strong litigation experience required for the following duties: drafting correspondence, pleadings, petitions and discovery; document management; knowledge of court rules; assist attorneys with deposition, mediation & trial preparation; proficiency in e-filing (state and federal); calendaring, docketing; and research skills.

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required.
