The Judge Group is currently seeking an experienced National Sales Manager for a Food & Beverage manufacturer in the Bristol, WI area. The right candidate will have 10+ years of experience working in a food manufacturing and packing environment.
COMPENSATION: 75k to 100k plus bonus
MUST HAVE: Bachelor’s Degree
MUST HAVE: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in food industry sales and account management experience
Responsibilities:
- Take over, Maintain and expand an existing book of business in established accounts
- Communicate regularly with customers on their needs
- Develop strategies to sell additional product lines to existing accounts
- Process sample request
- Work with customer service in resolving order fulfillment issues
- Develop and maintain sales reports
- Plan and forecast sales volume
- Negotiate and set pricing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in food industry sales and account management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to meet with customers
