🔧 Maintenance Planner / Scheduler

A large, global manufacturing organization is seeking a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler to support high-volume plant operations. This role is critical to planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
What You’ll Do
• Plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and outage maintenance activities
• Develop work plans including labor, materials, tools, and time estimates
• Manage maintenance work orders, backlog, and on-time completion
• Partner with Production to optimize technician and resource utilization
• Track maintenance KPIs, costs, and planning effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
✔ High School Diploma required; additional education preferred
✔ 3–5 years of maintenance experience (technician or supervisor)
✔ Experience with processing/packaging equipment and facilities maintenance
✔ Formal training in maintenance planning, scheduling, and work control
✔ CMMS experience required (SAP preferred)
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ GMP experience preferred
