Position: Legal Risk & Conflicts Analyst (Global Law Firm)
Company: Global AM 100 Law Firm (WFH Hybrid Schedule)
Comp Package : Base salary to $80K, Paid Overtime, Full Benefits, Tuition Reimbursement, Bonus, 401K+, etc.
Responsibilities for Legal Risk & Conflicts Analyst:
- Produce and provide first level analysis of reports for Conflict Check Requests relating to new business, Lateral Hires and Trade Report Requests
- Conduct research via internal and external sources
- Assist with the Audit Letter Inquiry process
- Analyze and produce data for new business/matters at the firm
- Provide Insider List, Legal Holds and Firewall support to the firm
- Conduct Professional Responsibility and Risk trainings to various stakeholders
Qualifications for Legal Risk & Conflicts Analyst:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ year of relevant conflicts/risk experience in a law firm
- Experience with Legal Key, IntApp Open or similar is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly; multi-task, understand a diverse array of Firm systems, technology, and departmental operations
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently and as a member of team
