Subject : Reading and Writing Tutoring: General reading and writing, January test prep 2-4, Writing session for third grader and fourth grader, Writing - essay writing and creative writing
Grades: 3rd and 4th Grade
Location: Keller TX 76248
Job Duties:
Facilitate groups of classes and assist students in targeted subject areas
Contribute to a friendly and productive classroom environment
Model and promote a growth mindset and encourage a collaborative learning environment
Create and manage resources
Commute to school campuses
Meet regularly with the supervisor
Host workshops on selected topics
Schedule:
After school
Every weekend
Monday to Friday
Flexible schedule
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, English, mathematics)
Experience in teaching, tutoring, or education is highly desirable.
Patience and the ability to work with students of diverse learning styles.
Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to the needs of individual students.
Must be able to commit to schedules
Has a personal vehicle
Must be living in the area where classes are held
Experience with children is preferred, but not required
License/Certification:
Teaching Certification (Advantage but not Required)
Salary: $25-$30 per hour
