Compensation - $150,000 - $180,000 base plus bonus.
What You'll Be Doing - Build trust and guide the finance team towards innovation and efficiency.
- Leverage advanced Excel skills and industry-specific software for financial analysis.
- Lead a small team, balancing hands-on duties with strategic leadership.
- Manage cash flow, optimize credit line usage, and enhance collection processes.
- Provide clear financial insights to ownership and suggest actionable solutions.
- Strengthen banking relationships and improve financial reporting.
- Oversee complex commission calculations and present technical data to leadership.
What You'll Need to be Considered - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's or CPA is a big plus.
- 15+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance with a strategic leadership focus.
- Ambitious, growth-oriented mindset with strong cash management experience.
- Hands-on approach with excellent team management skills.
- Ability to translate complex financial data for ownership and suggest practical solutions.
- Experience in managing banking relationships and optimizing financial processes.
- Background in construction or project-based industries is beneficial.
- Proficiency in creating dashboards for data presentation to aid decision-making.
