Our client is looking for a cable maker technician for a long-term contract in Billerica, MA

A Cable Maker is responsible for coiling, spooling, cutting and labeling wire to specified customer orders.

• Wire Cutting to the required length using a wire-cutting machine.
• Stripping and connections of wires are stripped to attach connector modules, housings, or terminals.
• Assembly of the wires and harnesses using an assembly board.

• Cut wire to the length
• Coil/spool wire

Our client specializes in custom solutions for test, measurement and control systems. They manufacture automation equipment. The Company offers thermostat test systems, board tester, transmitter control subsystem, environmental stress screening testing, switches, cables, chassis, and racks for mechanical, electrical, and software applications.
