We are are hiring a mission-driven Behavioral Health Clinician to work directly and collaboratively with the needs of outpatient patients in Waltham, MA!

Overview:

The Behavioral Health Clinician will provide diagnostic and therapeutic clinical services and consultation during patient sessions. They will work with the behavioral health team to identify opportunities to provide education to behavioral health interns.

• Provide biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning and therapy to patients across the lifespan.
• Ensure effective interdisciplinary collaboration within the primary care team.
• Provide brief interventions for physical and behavioral health problems to assist patients with meeting goals including, but not limited to stress management, grief/bereavement, anxiety/panic attacks, depression and mood management, insomnia and sleep hygiene, substance use disorders, and smoking cessation.
• Facilitate referrals for clinically indicated services outside of the primary care clinic.

Specifics:

Requirements: Active LCSW or LICSW License in MA

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm

Pay: $62,000 - $91,000
