What You’ll Do

✅ Optimize & Lead : Oversee endpoint engineering , including software packaging, OS management, and patching.

✅ Strategize & Innovate : Define and implement end-user experience roadmaps for Windows, Mac, and VDI platforms.

✅ Enhance IT Efficiency : Develop automation, standardize workflows, and integrate modern IT tools.

✅ Improve Service Delivery : Ensure "White Glove" executive support and top-tier desktop performance.

✅ Collaborate & Communicate : Work cross-functionally with Help Desk, Product Teams, and Leadership to enhance IT strategy.

✅ Build & Mentor : Drive best practices, performance, and growth within your team.

What You Bring

✔ Hands-on expertise with MECM, SCCM, Intune, JAMF, DEM, and Citrix VDI

✔ Deep knowledge of Windows & Mac OS imaging, patching, and software packaging

✔ Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell, Shell, or other automation languages

✔ Proven ability to influence strategy, set standards, and streamline IT operations

✔ 3+ years in a technical engineering leadership role

✔ 7+ years in desktop architecture & endpoint management
